Suspension des injonctions le Ministre charle Wright dit non au Premier Ministre.


Dans un courrier adressé au Premier ministre Dr Bernard Goumou, le ministre de la Justice et des Droits de l’Homme, Charles Wright a déclaré que l’action publique ne peut être ni interrompue, ni suspendue ou éteinte par l’instruction du pouvoir exécutif, et toute insistance dans ce sens serait une entrave à la justice, constitutive d’infraction à la loi pénale, avant d’être une atteinte grave au principe de séparation des pouvoirs.
