Le Premier Ministre Dr Bernard Goumou fait l’état des lieux de l’évaluation à mis parcours du gouvernement guinéen.


Les ministres du gouvernement Goumou ont été soumis à l’évaluation à mi-parcours la semaine dernière, à la Primature. Ce jeudi 03 août 2023, le chef du gouvernement a fait l’état des lieux, au porte-parolat du gouvernement, en face des médias, a constaté Laguinee.info à travers une de ses reporters.

Cette évaluation a porté sur la période du 1er janvier au 30 juin 2023. Au total, 28 ministères ont été évalués, hors le ministère de la Défense Nationale. Selon Dr Bernard Goumou, un ministère a eu zéro point avec mention non satisfaisant; deux ministères ont des notes comprises entre 51 et 60 points avec mention passable; 12 ministères ont des notes comprises entre 61 et 70%, donc mention assez bien; 11 ministères ont eu une moyenne comprise entre 71 et 81 points avec une mention bien; deux ministères ont eu des notes comprises entre 81 et 90 points mention très bien.

Il ajoute tout de même qu’aucun ministère n’a obtenu une moyenne comprise entre 91 et 100 points, donc la mention excellente.

« Aucun ministère n’a obtenu une note comprise entre 91 et 100 points, c’est-à-dire la mention excellente. La note maximale est de 83 points sur 100. La note minimale est zéro, la note moyenne est 69.4 points sur 100. La médiane est de 69.8 points », a précisé Dr Bernard Goumou.
