L’ONG culture et fiertés guinéenne présente la a 1e édition de la gastronomie guinéenne.


Dans le cadre de la promotion de la culture guinéenne,la fondatrice et présidente de l’ONG culture et fiertés guinéenne Bintina soumah compte organiser pour la première fois,la 1 édition de la gastronomie guinéenne dénommée la Guinée kouri .
Prevu du 02 au 05 février 2023 .
Cet événement a dimension nationale et internationale va permettre de mettre la gastronomie guinéenne sous les projecteurs.
Selon Bintina soumah c’est pour valoriser et vulgariser la gastronomie guinéenne qui est tres méconnu. L’objectif l’inscription de nos mets sur les cartes des grand restaurant des grands hotels qui accueillent des touristes,et surtout l’inscription d’un ou plusieurs de nos mets au patrimoine immatériel de l’UNESCO.
