Cérémonie d’investiture du nouveau Doyen des ressortissants de Tougué a Conakry.


La cérémonie s’est déroulé chez feu elhdj Ousmane fatako Baldé dans la commune de Ratoma.
Le Doyen Elhadj Boubacar Nguila Diallo dans sa prise de parole:

«C’est un sentiment d’État mis comme doyen de la préfecture de Tougué à compter de ce jour. Je souhaite qu’il ait entente étant donné que nous sommes tous de la même préfecture. C’est des parents, c’est des amis, c’est des voisins je voudrais donc qu’il ait entente afin que nous puissions nous donner la main pour développer notre préfecture dans l’intérêt de notre population. Éviter des substitutions à des problèmes qui ne sont pas des leurs, d’inventer des problèmes où il n’y a pas de problèmes, je souhaite la franchise, la collaboration directe, la sincérité, l’honnêteté, l’amour entre les fils de Tougué afin que nous puissions nous comprendre et aller de l’avant. Les premiers chantiers d’abord c’est de réunir les fils et filles de Tougué pour discuter ensemble, diagnostiquer quelles sont nos affaires internes, quels sont nos problèmes internes afin que nous puissions bâtir bien une stratégie commune et développer notre préfecture. A tous les Guinéens je dirai, quand les gens sont des parents ou des amis, leur avancement dépend de l’entente c’est pourquoi je souhaite que tout le peuple de Guinée s’entend s’aime et se donne la main pour le développement du pays»
